Enhance business relationship with the existing global customers and develop new business lanes.
Ensure speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels and in developing good relationship with customers.
Monitor freight quotes for air/sea shipments and negotiate rates/charges and other local expenses applicable with principles and associate agents.
Participate in preparing forecast revenue budget for the station.
Contribution to Route Development and Vertical marketing.
Handle “Request for Quote” [RFQ] effectively with required data thereby assist overseas branches in securing global accounts.
Prepare the reports like weekly, quarterly and give the power point presentation to the management.
Effectively identify and develop new lanes, routes and services.
