Job Description :
The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with the hiring managers to hire best-in-class talent for the firm and be part of the internal TA team. The primary responsibilities of this job include sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding entry / mid / senior level talent. While the focus will be on hiring talent in the Technology domain (Products, Captives, Services, eCommerce), there would also be a need to hire for non-tech roles as per requirement.
Develop, implement, and execute a recruiting strategy to fill current openings.
Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings as the company continues rapid growth.
Determine the most effective recruiting process based on position/practice.
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to obtain understanding of positions
Develop and maintain a social recruiting campaign to reach active and passive candidates, including content development, vendor relationship management, and platform management.
Facilitate internal hiring process like IJPs, referrals etc.
Develop and/or refine position description content as needed.
Review applications, conduct phone , video and face-to-face interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct pre-employment assessments, background screens, and reference checks.
Source temporary staff as necessary .
Negotiate offer terms and extend offers to candidates.
Facilitate complete new hire onboarding process through first day of employment.
Optimize talent acquisition process by implementing industry best practices and ensuring compliance with all employment law requirements.
Collaborate with HR team in a variety of ongoing projects and initiatives.
Key Knowledge and Skills
Good understanding of the Technology domain (Products, Captives, Services, eCommerce) to be familiar with the lingo and hiring nuances.
