Built large retail Health business

Has maintained large Health agent base

Train all partners for them to be able to use the Health Insurance products

Liaise between the company and the partners to be able to make sure that the partner is productive

Deliver on business goals as set by the company through the partners

Liaise with the operations teams to ensure that all processes as set out with the partners are adhered to

Increase the engagement of existing partners by providing complete Health Insurance solutions

Conduct daily sales calling with prospective partners and identify their needs.

Provide and develop solutions and suggest plans to partners basis their requirements and goal

Ensure regular connect with pending leads/references

Update self-regarding all products and solutions by regularly attending training and reading
