1. D7 Working Knowledge

2. Coding Experience in Custom Modules (these Will Be Asked in Interview)

3. Good Php/ Mysql / Js Skills

4. Understanding of Drupal Architecture. Drupal Database Design.

5. Coder with Relevant Drupal Coding Experience Theming/views/webservices/e-comm

modules

6. Experience in Working with Web Services Soap and Rest

7. Aptitude to Learn New Technologies

8. Highly Motivated, Organized and Results Oriented with Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills

huge Plus If:

1. Has Handled High Load Websites

2. Has Contributed Module in Drupal.org
