1. Should be presentable and smart.
2. Male or female aged between 22 yrs to 35 yrs.
3. Should be a graduate.
4. Should have good communication skills in english and local language also.
5. Should have good knowledge in IT products and Electronic items.
6. Should have good sales experience in IT Products category.
7. Should posses good technical knowledge on Laptops and Desktops.
8. Should know the excel sheet and word document.
9. Should not be in any relation to store proprietor.
1. Should be punctual, disciplined and dedicated towards the work.
2. Should have commendable leadership quality to drive sales in the outlet.
3. Should be careful while handling the sales amount and the products at the outlet.
4. Should report to the store manager on the daily basis and settle sales amounts on day to day basis.
5. Should update the daily sales report in tally at the outlet system (Training will be provided on the same).
6. Should be responsible for sale target given to him.
7. Should report to the RAEs on the sales, shortage of products (if any) on daily basis.
8. Should handle the customers and explain the features of the Dell products. (Training will be provided on the same)
9. Should maintain the opening and closing units for all the Dell products.
