Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Escalating the customer complaint to the right department as and when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Graduate Any Field.
Basic Computer knowledge.
Experience working with customer support ( Minimum 6 months ) (for experienced candidates)
Excellent communication skills
