Manager – Credit And Operations


Key skills, knowledge & experience required:
Proven expertise to lead cross functional teams
CA / MBA with 5 -15 yrs of experience in Operations and Finance preferably from Financial Services/E- Commerce/ (not sure of adding this) Complex Operational or transactional processing roles
Highly preferred if the candidate has start up experience. Prior FinTech experience is a plus.
Start-up compatibility, hands-on mentality, integrity and reliability
High degree of proficiency in quantitative analyses, influencing with data (e.g., funnel, cohorts, benchmarks), building business cases, and communicating data-driven insights to analytical and non-analytical audiences
Self-starter with an analytical orientation; skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term investments; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity; collaborative, process-driven, and decisive work style
To succeed in the role, you will need to be self-driven, well-organized, commercially savvy, inspiring communicator, flexible and results driven, ideally with B2B working experience in the FinTech industry.
Understands technology and complex implementations of technology
Jack-of-all trades, always learning and comfortable with constant change

Experience 2 - 5 Years
Salary 15 Lac To 25 Lac P.A.
Qualification Post Graduate Diploma
