HRDevi Talent Acquisition is owned and managed by Mrs. Swati Deshpande. She is post graduate from Nagpur University and certified IT Professional and worked on Oracle, Java and C++ during her 7 years of industry experience. She is into recruitments since 2011 and serving varied clients and their needs across all the levels.

HRDevi Talent Acquisition is backed by Mr. Sandeep Deshpande - HRD and Management Consultant since 2006. Also has over 15 years of HR experience and served as an HR for textile industry. He has worked for various renowned companies like Morarjee Textiles, Butibori, Nagpur, Raymond’s Denim, Yeotmal, and Indo Count Industries, Kolhapur. He aims to contribute in the area of human resource development and the development of MSME with regard to its HR & culture. During his service he was nominated for various executive development programmes organized by Manford Allianz, Delhi, XLRI Jamshedpur, Wellingkar Institute Mumbai etc.
During his stint as Human Resource Consultant, he handled various assignments like 5S, Quality Circle initiatives, Organization Transformation, Employee engagement Surveys, Performance Management, soft skills improvement, leadership development programmes across different industry / sectors. He enjoys assisting organizations in managing the cultural transition in order to build a competitive work culture through various strategic and creative HR initiatives. He has conducted large-scale Quality Circle programmes and workshops for employees and managers. He is also engaged in leadership development programmes for developing leaders and regular skill improvement workshops/sessions such as presentation skills in the organization.
He is playing an active role in assisting a wide range of companies that includes start ups. He helps them in shaping their corporate culture through various HR policies and initiatives including culture building efforts besides supporting implementation of their HRD initiatives. Also he is engaged in several large scale assignments which involve strategic HR aspects as well as designing and detailing HR initiatives based on their needs and/or through employee satisfaction surveys.
